Jefferson Preparatory High School is “A” rated by the Arizona Department of Education. We received an “A” rating for our north Phoenix high school school, with high marks for graduation rates, college enrollment and completion. We are a public, accredited charter high school serving students in ninth through twelfth grade. Our traditional education philosophy and safe, positive learning environment create academic success for the students at Jefferson Preparatory High School.
Our high school is highly proficient in AZ Merit for ELA & Math. And, we Exceed for Science. Students learning at JPHS are learning from one of America’s best high schools. We have been ranked one of America’s best high schools three years in a row!
Jefferson Prep teaches principles that provide the foundation for critical thinking skills. We require scholars to utilize those foundational principles to think, critique, and act for themselves, thus pushing scholars toward individual success. Together, those foundational building blocks form the acronym FREEDOM. Which stand for Family, Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Excellence, Dreams, Observation, and Mentorship.
